PrePress55 takes the artwork a shop receives, fixes it, nests it onto the media, and writes the files the printer and the cutter read. Set a workflow up once; from then on a file dropped in a folder comes out the other end as a sheet ready to print, cut and press.
Artwork
Trace a cut line, knock out a background, split a sheet of stickers into its pieces, add bleed, crop marks and white ink. The fix-ups you set run on every file that lands.
Nesting
Gang sheets, roll lanes and tiled walls, packed tight on the media you stock. Odd shapes nest by their outline, not their box.
Output
A print file any RIP takes, a cut file for ExpressCutPRO, Kala XY, Zund, HPGL cutters and print and cut plotters, a job report beside them. Hot folders run it unattended.
